When I When I first arrived on the warm summer morning to Liberty Forge Golf Course in Mechanicsburg, PA for Renae & Eric’s big day, I knew in my being it was going to be a magical day. The venue is stunning and the vistas breathtaking. I found my way to all the areas I would be and scoped out things and evaluated the perfect light I would have.
Just as I finished scouting, the bride arrived. After Renae settled in I began my day with her. Capturing the most intimate of details showcasing her items and her beauty. Her maid of honor was wonderful and really took care of helping her in get prepared for the ceremony. Then off I went to spend time with the men. Eric’s best man was he soon to be stepson. We ventured outside for some private moments before heading inside to attend to the gorgeous flowers and the shiny rings. Both of them were smiling like no tomorrow. We then headed outside for a First Look. First Looks aren’t for everyone however this was PERFECT for these two. She was so excited and he was nervous. Just look at the photos below to see how stunned he was by her. The moment was magical.
While both the bride and groom finished the details of getting ready, I headed off to the reception room to capture the special details that make this day speak of Renae & Eric. From the personalized fans to keep their guests cool during the ceremony to the special poem the groom created for his bride. The cake looked amazing and was beautifully accented by the beautiful flowers.
The ceremony was so special. Full of love. And the bride and groom were so happy. After the couple said their “I do’s”, we spent some time together with their attendants capturing photos on the grounds. When they entered the reception as Mr. & Mrs. their guests gave them a rousing applause. They mingled with each person before they cut the cake and sweetly fed each other.
From beginning to end, the wedding of Renae & Eric was fabulous.
