York PA Engagement Photographer, Royce Images Photography, captured the engagement photos of Liz & Sam at private farm in Glen Rock, PA on a cool, crisp beautiful morning in October. The session was filled with fun & smiles.
“I feel wonderful because I see, the love light in your eyes.”
Some of you will recognize the lyrics to this song as Wonderful Tonight. It’s what came to mind as I photographed this awesome, in-love couple recently for their engagement.
Liz and Sam are one of those couples that as a photographer you know from the first time you meet them, they are utterly and deeply in love with each other. They respect each other, care for each other, put the other first. I was in awe of their sweet relationship. And their laughter was just what I needed to begin their engagement session on a very cool, crisp fall morning.
The dew was fresh on the grass and other items dotting the landscape of Sam’s family farm. The perfect backdrop! I found some really unique leaves that presented a slightly frozen looking edge, complimenting Liz’s engagement ring. Isn’t her ring SPECTACULAR? As I finished the details shots of the ring, the sun began to warm the air and the pond, producing a wonderful photo op, that I of course seized. You could see the steam rising from the pond as Liz and Sam were reflected in the water. Nature sure was on my side this day!
We made our way to the barn next. The old tractor and the barn interior presented great backdrops to feature Liz and Sam. Even though it was still very cool they mustered through. And I think all three of us agreed we captured some great images on this morning.
There’s no question that their wedding next year will be incredibly elegant, sentimental and extremely romantic. I am excited to capture their wedding day next fall. Congratulations Liz & Sam! Check out their session photos below.
