York PA Family Photographer, Royce Images Photography, captured the James Family in a local orchard for their annual spring family session. Despite the chilly spring morning, we had smiles galore.
The James Family are very special to me. Each year Grandma and I touch base in March to begin to plan the annual session for May. 2016 marks the fourth year that I’ve had the pleasure to capture this sweet, wonderful family of three. This family makes it very easy to love my job so much!
Dear Jackson keeps getting sweeter with each passing year. I thoroughly enjoy my time with him and his parents. This year was no different than last year. Well, I stand corrected. This year was even better than last year. We decided to capture the family session at a local Adams County family orchard. The orchard is a perfect backdrop to the quaint lake where ducks and geese gather at times. This brave family endured one of the last super chilly mornings of spring.
I began with Jackson because he is such an adorable young boy. Great as always, he gave me those big doe eyes and the smile that melts my heart. His poses were cute as ever. His huge personality says exactly who his is. I love capturing Jackson being himself. The family poses were sprinkled with sun and clouds as we worked our way through our time together. The family photos brought me such inspiration. The individual parent photos did as well.
As we finished our time together, I once again became sad. In true Jackson style, he made it all better with HUGE hugs and a sweet whisper of ‘thank you, Miss Marcy’. A puddle of my former self formed right there on the ground. This little guy sure knows how to hit me in the feels.
