The wedding of Ashly & Cesar was captured by York PA Wedding Photographer, Royce Images Photography. Their ceremony was peppered with family hispanic traditions and their reception was glittered with gold and coral all around.
The Emmanuel United Church of Christ wedding and Gitt Memorial Library reception of Mr & Mrs Hernandez was a beautiful day. Rain was a slight possibility for their wedding day however the rain held off and we had sun and clouds mixed with their beautiful love.
I walked into the bride’s getting room at the church to find the ladies all buzzing around. The hair artists were almost finished and the make up artist was working diligently on Ashly’s sister. I gathered all of the brides items and made my way to the next room where I found a quaint, small chapel. Each item has meaning to every bride and I wanted to make sure to capture these details for Ashly. Details are some on my favorite things as it tells a small story to a bride and grooms love life.
One of the details for Ashly and Cesar was the coins to be used during their traditional Hispanic ceremony. His grandmother graciously allowed me to capture this special item.
I left the girls to join the groom’s staging area in another part of the church. These guys were already laughing and having a goofy time. Perfect! They were relaxed and being themselves. We made our way outside to the church grounds and began to locate the best area for them to shine.
What a hoot! I was laughing along with them. And so was my assistant.
The bride was ready to begin her final preparation for the ceremony. I captured the love and moments just before she gathered with her ladies to begin the procession.
Ashly and Cesar were both so ready to see each other for the very first time! The groom held it together seeing her beauty.
Their traditional Hispanic services was so full of special meaning and family relationships. I captured each one for them to treasure forever, and pass down to their children.
The new Mr & Mrs Hernandez sent their family and bridal party off to the reception as we capture their bridal portraits inside and outside of the gorgeous church. Many smiles and abundant kisses ensued. They were so happy to be married, FINALLY!
The bride and groom arrived in style at the property of Gitt Memorial Library. Their family and bridal party announced their entrance to the rest of their guests with a balloon release.
After dinner, the newlyweds and I stole a few moments away from all the merriment to capture more photos on the beautiful grounds of the Gitt Memorial Library.
Wishing the new Mr. & Mrs. Hernandez a lifetime of happiness and abundant love. May you “live happily ever after.”
