Meet newborn… Mr. Michael! What a wonderful, wonderful newborn baby boy. From the time he arrived in the studio until he left, Michael was a complete dream for this photographer. But, let me back up and fill you in on the time leading up to the day of his newborn session.
I met Michael’s parents, Danielle and Joe, a few years ago as they were researching a professional photographer to capture their engagement and wedding. It was an exciting time when they decided I was the photographer they needed for this new chapter in their lives. We captured great photos for their engagement in Annapolis, Maryland. When their wedding day arrived, the photos we captured perfectly displayed their love and devotion to each. They are such an inspirational couple.
Then the call came… Danielle and Joe were expecting their first child! And they wanted me to capture their precious new family edition once he arrived. We sat in the studio and had a newborn consultation. I showed them different props, accessories, back drops and floor drops we could use for Michaels debut. All three of us became even more excited by the end the meeting knowing how special his session would be. The little peanut decided he wanted to wait a bit past his momma’s due date AND also give her a long, long labor. Once he arrived though, he became the joy of their lives.
When he came in the day of his session, my assistant and I gushed all over how precious he was. As we worked with him in each setup, he was absolutely perfect! He sailed right through with great ease. We captured him with all the colors to match his nursery including the planes décor chosen especially for him. His photos with mommy & daddy at the end of the session was like icing on the cake. What a great, great joy he was.
