A newborn holds such great promise for our world. And their arrival is always cause for a family celebration. A session with a newborn is such a great experience for me. Working with my tiniest client to capture images to last a lifetime. And when they are this small they change in the blink of any eye. They are the best to capture between 5-15 days of life. They are still womb-like, sleepy, squishy and oh so perfect. Granted, I can photograph newborns old than 15 days of life, they just take a bit more work since they typically aren’t as sleepy.
When baby Noelle came to the studio she was just 12 days new. I’ve had a string of newborn boys in the studio and I was very ready for a little girl. She was the most perfect girl for her session. She slept almost the entire time allowing me to capture those highly sought sleeping poses. Don’t get me wrong, I do love awake shots with big, bright eyes. Noelle was most comfortable sleeping her session away. I work with a baby’s rhythm to work through the posing and the setups. She was a dream! My assistant and I were in awe of just how great she was.
Mommy and daddy are great parents. I’ve been working with their family since a mutual friend of ours recommended they contact me. We’ve been creating forever images together ever since. Baby Noelle is so blessed to have 4 older siblings. What a nice sized family to share love with and have a wonderful life. I was also there on the day baby Noelle was born when her two brothers and two sisters came to see her for the first time along with grandmom and granddad. I was so in awe of the love in the room. This little girl is one of the luckiest girls in the world. Mommy & daddy are the best and I’m blessed in my life and my business to know them. Thank you for inviting me to always capture every special life moment for your family. It’s truly why I love what I do, because of YOU!
